Tudors Augmented is a physical trail-based AR clue game, uncovering stories of intrigue within the Tudor court and of Tudor life within the communities it passed through during its annual summer progress.
In this AR clue game, participants first choose a location and which of two potential characters they wish to play. They are then set a quest and, using their phones, must follow a 3D map to discover hidden waypoints revealing 3D object, sound and text clues. Each clue delivers a narrative installment and presents players with puzzles they must solve, with the ultimate goal of unlocking the palaces and the secrets they hold.
